I just watched the "American Idol gives back" episode, and I was absolutely floored by this incredible event! Many stars showed up to support this cause, and they raised millions for both African and American poverty. It was difficult to watch some of the show, because the conditions many of these children live in are pure hell!
I salute the American Idol folks for taking the time to put together an event of this magnitude for such a worthy cause, and I hope they continue this tradition in the years to come.
