It's the time of the year in Nashville that I enjoy the most; it's the Spring festival season and there are so many activities to choose from! Last weekend, my wife and I went to the Franklin Art Festival with some friends and family and really had a wonderful time! There were so many cool arts, crafts, bands, and festival junk food everywhere! I really love those greasy ribbon fries! LOL
Another of my favorites is the Renaissance Festival, which is running every weekend in May in Triunne, TN. This is a really great experience if you've never been to one of these. The costumes, games, entertainment and jousting provide a fun-filled day in the wooded trails and countryside in this beautiful location just South of Nashville. There's plenty of beer and turkey legs to go around, so take a trip back into medieval times at the Triunne Renaissance Festival! Don't forget to visit the castle!
