Buick Invitational
Professional golf is a subject that I knew nothing about until last Friday. The Torrey Pines Golf course was hosting the Buick Invitational and I was invited to attend. The Buick Invitational is a golf tournament sponsored by the Professional Golf Association (PGA). One hundred and forty five Professional golfers from all over the world come to compete against each other for prize money. Golfers advance or face elimination from the tournament based on their performance. Their performance is measured by a points system. The point system determines a players standing. The player’s position in the standing dictates the amount of money he receives at the conclusion of the event. The golfer that finishes first in the standings receives a check in the approximate amount of 800,000.00. What a pay check for four days worth of work. I wish I would have known more about golf when I was younger; it seems to be a great job opportunity.

It's only a great job opportunity if you can keep the ball on the course....and out of the water!! LOLOL
I personally like the "Skins Game" the best. The whole idea of getting paid for winning the hole is awesome. These guys really take chances when every hole is worth money!!!
