Time for Plan "B".... Go Sabres!! :o)

The Nashville Preds couldn't make it out of the first round this year, and I can't even say it was all their fault. The officials gave the series advantage to the Sharks every opportunity they could, including the suspension to Radilov.

I have to give the Sharks credit for their dramatics, and the should win an Oscar, not the Stanley cup. I think they actually devoted more time in practice to "diving" than they did on their power play!

Now I have to go with plan "B".....the Buffalo Sabres were always my home team before I moved to Nashville, so I have to go with them as my favorite to win the Stanley Cup. They've been so close so many times, and I think this could be their year.

What a win tonight in the fifth game vs. the Rangers!! WOW!!

Drury scored with seven seconds left in regulation and then Afiniganov finished the game in the first overtime with a nice low slapshot from the point. This is what Stanley Cup teams are made of, and I fully expect that the Sabres will take it to them again on Sunday to close out the series.

The Sabres are looking great so far two periods into the first game against the Senators! this should be an awesome series!
